Mr. Marvin Dickerson, Chairman, Board of Directors is the Director of ARISA with NC A&T State University. He holds both BS and MS from NC A&T State University.

Msgr. Robert G. Tikpor, Ph.D., is a priest with the Catholic diocese of Liberia. Dr. Tikpor holds a PhD in theology from the Catholic Seminary in Rome, Italy.

Honorable Joseph M.N. Gbadyu  served as superintendent of Grand Bassa County); and deputy minister for operation, production and coordination at the Ministry of Internal Affairs). Hon. Gbadyu is a statesman extraordinaire. He is a Bassa Historian and played crucial roles in the political, educational, and religious transformations of the Bassa people and Liberia in general. 

Honorable Peter Flah was a former University of Liberia History Professor. He served as Deputy Minister for Presidential Affairs, Dean of Admissions at the University of Liberia and the first principal for Zwedru Multilateral High School, Grand Gedeh County.

Dr. Adetokunbo Borishade holds a BA Degree in Mass Media Communications, MA Degree in Communications, a PhD in Africana Studies, and has continued post-graduate work in Latin American and Caribbean Studies.

Dr. Borishade career covered over 20 years with several universities and colleges around the United States, including Wilberforce University, Central State University, Community College of Philadelphia, Temple University, Eastern Washington University, Florida Community College of Jacksonville, South Western College of Business and University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

Rev. J. Emmanuel Z. Bowier is Former Information Minister of Liberia. Rev. Bowier holds a BSc. Degree from the University of Liberia and a Master of Divinity from the John Wesley Seminary of the United Methodist, USA.

Dr. Claudette Williams serves as the Vice President for Institution Advancement, Bennett College, North Carolina.

Mr. Alex A. Uzokwe serves as the Media Director and Web Master. He is an Adjunct Professor of Multimedia and Graphic Communications at North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro NC. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army and also operates a multimedia production company.
